About CE Connector
What CE Connector Is
CE Connector is an independent cross-border platform that facilitates practical cooperation in circular economy, energy transition and related public-interest fields between the Nordic countries and Central Europe.
We operate at the intersection of public authorities, companies, research organisations and implementation partners, helping them connect, learn from each other and move projects forward across national and sectoral boundaries.
Our Role as a Connector
CE Connector’s role is to act as a trusted intermediary between actors who would not otherwise meet, cooperate or exchange knowledge in a structured way.
Rather than providing consultancy or ready-made solutions, we focus on identifying relevant counterparts, framing the right questions, and enabling concrete dialogue, learning and collaboration across borders. Our work emphasises long-term relationships, institutional trust and practical relevance over short-term transactions.
How We Work
Our work is built on careful preparation, trusted networks and a strong understanding of local contexts on both sides of the border.
We work closely with partner organisations to define objectives, identify relevant actors and design formats that support meaningful exchange—whether through targeted study visits, expert-level meetings or longer-term cooperation frameworks. Transparency, accountability and public value are integral to how we operate, especially when working with publicly funded or publicly accountable organisations.
